Fields Spring State Park is a 828-acre public recreation area in the northwest United States, located in southeastern Washington on State Route 129, four miles , south of Anatone.Near the tripoint with Idaho and Oregon, the state park offers various routes to the top of Puffer Butte and its scenic views of the Wallowa Mountains and the Grande Ronde River and Snake River basins. The park was initially developed by members of the local chapter of the Isaac Walton League and workers with the Works Progress Administration.

If you are a first-time camper, an overnight trip into Fields Spring State Park is a great way to get started – it’s probably close by, and the staff is used to advising families out on their first trip. The park's unique accommodations include two eight-person teepees and a 20-person loft in a lodge with a fireplace. The large Puffer Butte Lodge at 4,000 feet stands at the north end of Hells Canyon, the Grand Ronde River and the Wallowa mountain range, while the smaller Wohelo Lodge borders a sledding and tubing hill and miles of hiking and bike trails.
